It’s easy to recognize a horrible web design client when you see one, but often it is already too late to avoid them completely. They all share a couple of irritating characteristics. They fail to understand your brilliance, they think their input matters, and they pretend to know about web design. Clearly, they don’t know about web design or they would be doing it themselves instead of hiring you to do it for them. That won’t stop them from criticizing your every move and offering the least helpful advice imaginable on how you can “improve” your work.
